Thanks for your email.  I'm sorry, I have a 5 night minimum for my condo; if I accept less the turnover cost is too high, the profits are too low, and I miss the opportunity for a longer booking.  Shorter bookings on my calendar are reserved for my own personal use.  If you are asking for at least 5 nights, then I have misunderstood, please email your arrival and departure days.

Question of if my condo is legit

I understand your concern.  I've never heard of that happening on VRBO.  Here are a few things for you to look at which may help.

 

I live in Denver and I'm a lead Quality Assurance Engineer.  I’m recently engaged to Dan Snyder, a firefighter in Arvada Colorado .

 

This is the summit county property records website, click on this page, click on the owner link on the right, then type in "mc " (that's mc space), and you can find my name as the legal owner of the unit.  Tammy S. Snyder.  http://maps.co.summit.co.us/arcmap1/viewer.htm

Also, if you click on my VRBO ad and go to the very bottom you will see I've been advertising on the site since 2003, if any issues had been reported I'm sure they would pull a person's ad.

The rate is $???.??, which includes tax and cleaning.  Parking is free.  Every 7th night is free.  $300 refundable security deposit is due two weeks prior to your arrival.

 

Best view in the building!  The condo is ski-in, which puts you right at the hot tub.  You can ski or walk to the shuttle or take a short 5 minute walk to the Snowflake Ski lift.  You also have a view of peak 10, are surrounded by trees, and are right next to the stream.  The condo has a large outdoor hot tub and an indoor sauna. Main Street is 3 blocks away.

CANCELLATION TERMS: If a reservation is cancelled 45 days prior to arrival, a full refund less a $100.00 service charge will be issued. If a reservation is cancelled within 45 days of arrival, all monies are forfeited unless the unit is resold. If resold, a refund will be issued for the dollar amount that the unit is resold less a $100.00 service charge. Failure to make any payments due will jeopardize your reservation and could cause cancellation without notice at the discretion of owner.

Regarding wireless internet access, wireless internet access is free; get the code from the staff at the front desk of my building.  There is no guarantee on the internet access, but if you do have a problem, please contact the front desk staff. If there is an issue, sometimes the signal in the lobby or game/tv room is stronger; 1 floor down, opposite end of building. As a backup, you can get free wireless internet access at the Crown Cafe & Tavern, 215 S. Main Street , (970)453-6022.

 

btw, the only interaction with the front desk should be for the wireless service, hot tub access code, or parking permits.  They do not manage my unit, so all other inquiries should be directed towards me (feel free to call me 24 hours a day, 7 days a week).
